Graphic International Display Limited is pleased to announce the merger of Lasered Products Ltd into its business.  This will be effective from 1st November 2008.  GID has been working closely together with Lasered Products for a number for years with a flow of business and expertise between the two companies proving very successful.  In light of this strong existing relationship, the decision has been made to combine the two companies under the GID banner to create a fully integrated production base covering all aspects of POP production, under ISO9001 – 2000 quality control.

The company will be moving to a brand new state of the art premises in West Horndon within the next few months.

David Chillingworth and Tom Haines welcome Andy Peek and Steve Raison to the board of Directors, as share holders, and look forward to working with them using their expertise to build on the already strong foundations of GID's 38 year trading history.

"With our new manufacturing facilities at West Horndon, the combined company will offer an enhanced production facility and be able to deliver even greater value to existing and new customers," said David Chillingworth, of GID.  "Lasered Products has an enviable client base and we are keen to ensure these clients continue to be provided with the best possible service."
